ORDERING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS
ORDERING OPTIONS:
We do not currently accept orders directly through our web site, but all it takes is an email to us with your item list and we will respond with an invoice you can pay online.
Be sure to include the catalog
numbers of the items you are ordering, the shipping address for the order,
and contact information. We will send you an email invoice which you will be able to pay online using any Visa or MasterCard, or using Paypal. Prices for items are listed on each item's page and will be shown on your invoice. Please note that there are two sets of prices, one for orders within the US and others for orders outside the US. This is because we include the cost of shipping in the price of the items.

If you prefer to pay by mail, you may send your order to the address listed below. We accept only checks drawn on US banks, IMO, US cash, MasterCard & Visa. Checks should be made out to Jazz Crusade.
